Appointments

Every appointment gets a call. Nobody at the desk has to make it.

loquaro calls your patients and clients before their appointment in Azerbaijani or Russian, confirms the time, and comes back with who is coming, who wants a different slot, and who cancelled — while there's still time to fill the hour.

The empty chair was booked three weeks ago.

The appointment made furthest in advance is the one most likely to go unused — people forget, plans change, and nobody tells you until the hour has passed. Confirming every booking the day before is the cheapest fix there is, and the first thing a busy front desk drops: the phone is ringing, someone is waiting at the counter, and the call list waits for a quiet moment that never comes. loquaro makes those calls every day without being reminded, so a cancellation reaches you as an open slot instead of an empty room.

How it works

Your book. Its phone time. Your desk, free.

  1. 01

    You approve every word

We write the call with you: how the agent greets, how it names the appointment, what it may offer someone who can't make it. These are your patients, so it carries your tone — it speaks freely around your script, never past it. Nothing said that you didn't authorize.

  2. 02

    It calls before every appointment

Your book reaches us as an export from the system you already use — there's no integration project to schedule. The day before, two days before, whatever your book needs, for ten appointments or a thousand: it confirms the time and answers the usual questions — where to come, what to bring, how long it takes — exactly as your script answers them.

  3. 03

Every call comes back as a result, not a note

Confirmed, reschedule requested, cancelled, wrong number, no answer. Each with recording and transcript, kept the way your policy allows. Your desk starts the day knowing which hours just opened.

Proof

Don't judge it from a page. Talk to it.

We won't put numbers on this page that we didn't earn. What decides a confirmation call isn't a statistic anyway — it's whether the person who picks up finds it natural to answer. That's a thirty-second question, and you can settle it yourself right now.

The agent that would call your appointment list is on this site. Talk to it in Azerbaijani and judge for yourself.

Common questions

What front desks ask first.

We already send SMS reminders. Why call?

A message gets delivered; a call gets an answer. The reminder isn't the difference — what comes back is. An SMS tells you nothing about who is actually coming, while a call ends with a yes, a no, or “can we move it” — in time for you to fill the hour. Most desks keep both: the message for everyone, the call for the appointments that cost you when they're missed.

Will my patients be annoyed by a call from an AI?

The wording and the voice decide that, and you can judge both right now — the agent is on this site. The call itself is short: a greeting, the day and time, one question, a goodbye. And nobody is argued with — anyone irritated or asking for a person is closed politely and shows up in your log.

Can it move the appointment in my booking system?

No, and it doesn't pretend to. It brings back the request — who wants a different day, and what they said — and your desk moves it in the system you already use. Everything it heard is in the log, so nothing is lost between the call and the calendar.

What if someone cancels?

It thanks them and records the cancellation, and the freed slot is in your results the same day. That's the whole point: a cancellation you know about is an hour you can still fill.

What if nobody picks up?

The call comes back as “no answer,” and the appointment stands exactly as it was — nothing is ever confirmed by silence. How many times a booking is called, and at which hours, is part of what you approve before the calls start.

Can it answer questions about the visit?

The ones you script — where to come, what to bring, how long it takes, what it costs. Beyond that it invents nothing: it says a colleague will follow up, and the call comes back flagged for your desk.

What if a patient calls us back afterwards?

Your desk picks up as it does today. If you'd rather it didn't have to, the same agent can answer your line instead of dialing it — incoming calls handled, everything else passed to your team with a summary. That's a separate setup, and we'd shape it with you the same way.

What does it cost?

Usage-based — you pay for call time, not seats or licenses. We size the pilot together, so you know what a week of calls costs before it starts.

How do we start?

You send us a few days of your book; we write the call with you, you approve every word, and it runs on the appointments you choose. Results come back the way you want them kept. Script changes go straight to the team that builds the agent, not a support queue.

Other calls it makes

Start with one week of your book.

Talk to the agent first. If it sounds right, book a demo and we'll shape a pilot around a single week of appointments — small enough to be a decision, not a project.
