Trust & security
This page states plainly what matters when an AI is on your phone line: where the recordings live, what your customers are told, and what the agent is never allowed to do.
Your data
A server dedicated to you
Recordings, transcripts, and results live on a server dedicated to your business — hosted in the EU, Azerbaijan, Georgia, or another region if your policy requires it. Nothing sits in a shared pool with other clients' calls.
Deleted on your schedule
You set the retention policy: keep everything, keep only the logged results, or less. When your schedule says delete, it's deleted — we hold no copies you didn't ask for.
Never used for training
Your calls are your business data, not our raw material. Recordings and transcripts are never used to train anything — not by us, and not by anyone we work with.
The live demo on this site stores no audio at all — it streams to generate replies and is gone.
Disclosure & consent
AI disclosure
Your choice, shaped in the pilot.
Whether the greeting introduces the agent as an AI is up to you — we shape it together during the pilot. One thing isn't configurable: asked directly whether it's an AI, the agent says that it is. It's built that way, and the terms we run the models under require it.
Recording & consent
Built to your script, approved by you.
You decide who gets called and what your obligations are in your market. We configure the greeting and any recording notice to match, you approve every word before the first call goes out, and the approved script stays on file — so what went out is always something your own policy signed off on.
Guardrails
Claim to be human
Asked directly whether it's an AI, it says that it is — this is built in and isn't offered as a setting.
Invent facts or make promises
It speaks freely around your script, but never past it — nothing is said that you didn't authorize.
Guess at what it heard
Unclear speech gets asked again; if the line is too bad, the call closes politely and comes back flagged for a human.
Handle what you reserved for people
Disputes, hardship cases, anyone who asks for a person — flagged in your report with the recording and transcript attached.
None of this rests on trust: every call comes back with its recording and transcript, so your team can always check what was actually said.
Accountability
Your contract is with Developers Alliance LLC, Tbilisi, Georgia — one company accountable for the whole deployment: the script, the calls, the hosting, the reporting. Full legal details are in the footer.
Changes don't wait in a release queue. Your deployment is configured by the team that builds the agent itself — script revisions, new report fields, a changed retention rule land in days, not quarters.
The agent this page describes is live on this site. Talk to it, then book a demo and we'll walk through your script and your obligations together.
